Air SERBIA is announcing vacancy positions for 12+ month Project assignment related to a major technological upgrade of core airline systems.
Project Manager – PMO
JOB SCOPE
- Manage projects/portfolios throughout the project lifecycle
- Reviewing status reports and addressing issues
- Report progress at agreed intervals, advising immediately if the plan tolerance levels are exceeded
- Risk and issue management
- Enforcing standard policies and procedures
- Lending project management expertise
- Supporting and soliciting input from project team members
- Ensuring projects meet or exceed budget financial objectives
- Ensuring project communication is distributed accordingly
- Ensuring quality assurance procedures take place

- Project Management Institute (PMI) Practices Certification
- Knowledge of project planning processes and techniques
- Knowledge of project methodology
- Knowledge of potential sources of risk and their impact on project success
- Knowledge of project constraints
- Knowledge of project complexity
- Stakeholder management skills
- Negotiation and conflict management skills
- Budget control skills
- Monitoring and reporting skills
